Should you need any assistance, you can call Helga. She will assist you as much as she possibly could. If for any reasons you are unable to reach Helga, you can call us via watsapp  (Simon Werren). If both method is met with no answer and in case you urgently need assistance, please contact Alfio Delponte. 

 

Guest Card LBC+

When we receive your confirmed reservations, we will send you an email requesting for the following information to apply for the LBC+ card:

We seek your cooperation to supply us with the above requested information so we can apply for the card in a timely manner.  This card gives you free access to all Sportarena facilities including the Snowpark Sportarena beginner’s ski area in winter, travel on the local Ring-Jet buses; and discounted price at the cableways and thermal baths.

Studio

This apartment has everything you need for a relaxing time. A well-equipped modern kitchen filled with necessities and a wonderful balcony that offers scenic mountain view.

Entrance

The key is stored in a small lockbox (1 house key, 1 key to the laundry room and 1 key to the ski room). You will receive the code to this lockbox on the Check In day via watsapp/email (so it is important that you provide us your mobile number and email address). The main entrance is open from 8am to 8pm. Please take the keys with you in case if you return later than 8pm. Please put the keys back in the lockbox when you Check Out and redial (put different numbers) so strangers could not have access to the original number. 

Internet

Please make sure that the internet box is switched on. To do this please use the “On” the remote controlled labelled TV. If it does not work, you will find the main switch on the power strip under the TV behind the internet box. You can enter the following login information on your device.

TV/Radio

There are numerous channels provided. Please use the remote control with the label “SAMSUNG”.

Ski Room

The ski room is next to the garage door. Please leave your ski and snowboard equipment there. 

Bed Linen/Towels

You can simply fold out the sofa bed for the night. The instructions on how to unfold the sofa bed can be found later in this documentation. The freshly made down duvets and pillows can be found in the closet in the living area.

During your stay we provide the following:

• 2 Bath towels & 2 hand towels are available in the cupboard. 
• 2 Kitchen towels and 2 cleaning towels are available in the kitchen
• 1 set of bed linen is fixed on the sofa bed in the living room.  

Food and Beverage

Kitchen

You will find a basic set of spices, oils, pasta, rice and items that you need to cook out a hearty meal for you and your loved ones. We kindly ask you to carefully store all the basic dry food that you have opened but not able to finish in the containers provided.

Fire Blanket:

A fire blanket is located next to the refrigerator in the bottom drawer.

Grill

There is an electric grill on the balcony, which allows you to grill your finely marinated meat and poultry without much effort. We would be grateful to you to carefully clean the grill plate after use.

Fondue Set

Fondue is part of an experience in Valais. You will find the corresponding accessories in the kitchen. 
You can order fine fondue mixes from "Alti Molkeri". +41 27 470 30 30. Order by 5 p.m. and it will be delivered to you at around 7 p.m. The list of offers can be found further down in this documentation.

Tea

You will also find different types of specially selected teas crafted by local tea artisan and connoisseur Ms Christine from "L (i) ebensWert". Put three teaspoons of the selected tea in the teapot provided, pour hot but not boiling water over it and let it steep for about 10 minutes. All varieties can be infused 2-3 times.

Waste and Disposal

We attach great importance to correct disposal. Garbage bags can be found in the kitchen cupboard. Leukerbad has no fee garbage bags. So you can put the bags opposite the house at the big bin before you depart. There is a disposal point for glass, paper and cardboard opposite the La Boheme bakery.

Bakery "La Bohème"

Visit bakery “La Bohème” opposite our building. There you can buy freshly baked bread and croissants, have breakfast there or order and pick them up. If you are planning to go for a  hike or other activities, you can order your sandwiches or other specialties from Le Bohème.
